If you’re a local business owner, negative Google reviews can be frustrating. But it’s actually a good thing that they’re hard to get rid of. People know they can trust reviews because they’re difficult to remove.
So, what do you do if you have a negative review? Or even a few?
The answer is simple: get more five-star reviews.
Positive reviews will drown out the negative ones and make your business look more trustworthy to potential customers.
